This is going to be a lovely day of creating for individuals who have never done any patchwork before. We will be learning how to cut the fabric and how to join them together in a very simple small blanket. We will have time to applique on some flowers or hearts to your blanket before fitting the 3 layers and binding it.
Please note if we run out of time for the binding we will provide you with the guidance you need to complete at home.
We will supply you with the fabric, wadding, backing fabric, binding and thread.
A complete beginner to patchwork.
Hayley from LilyBoo will be leading this workshop.
Please bring your sewing machine with you, a small cutting mat and a rotary cutter.  If you require a machine from LilyBoo please request on booking.
Please note that the workshop is held upstairs. Refreshments are included in the fee, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements. The workshops at LilyBoo have brought together people for a chat, to learn something new and there is always lots of laughter.
Should you need to cancel the workshop a full refund will be issued 28 days prior to the workshop. If cancelled with less than 28 days until the workshop unfortunately no refund will be issued. If for any reason, we have to cancel the workshop a full refund will be issued, or you can transfer onto the next available workshop.
